Guidelines for Online Application

• Navigate to the side bar from the main page to the “New Application”
• Click on the link
• Fill up the particulars
• Attach and upload unit document proof and business card in “PDF” format
• Await the approval email.

Upon receipt of approval email
(please note that the link in the email is only valid once):
• Confirm vehicle details
• Click “Pay” after checking all information is correct
• Click “Submit” button after confirm the correct amount
• Key in credit/debit card details (Following payment mode accepted; mastercard/visa)
• Click “Pay” button
• You can opt to receive an email confirmation and option to print receipt once transaction is successful.
• Please take note that a $1.00 admin fee is applicable for each transaction
